The price was good value for money the family room was big enough so u didnt feel like ur on top of each other there was room to move around ( im pregnant and if we ever down that way again n looking for a place to stay i would book here as the room we had would fit a portacot in it easy with lost of room still spare for the family ) we had the large family room that had 4 single beds n a double/queen? Bed great price too for my family of 5 the owners /staff where lovely and friendly and so accommodating We asked if we could get our key early ( we didn't need access to room early ) as we had a festival to go to and didn't know what time we be back and they were more than happy to let us pick up the key early on the day of our booking The beds were very very comfortable for a motel we weren't expecting them to be that comfortable kids wanted to steal the mattresses😂😂 that's how good they were I suffer hip and pelvic issues and wake up very sore n stiff most days but I woke up no so stuff n sore had a gd night sleep part from the hubby snoring

Allowing us to check in earlier and checking on us if we need something. Peter was really good and patient with my kids . I appreciate your kindness. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay. We got the family room and the beds are comfy. Will definitely be booking again when holidaying in Melbourne.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The locations were perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. The room and beds were clean, comfortable and met all our needs. The air conditioning helped us extremely in managing the heat. The room came with free wifi, although spotty at times, as well as tea and biscuits. The fridge and toaster were extremely useful to us for storing and preparing small food. Very good room for the price we paid.

The room was perfect for what we needed it for. The staff we interacted with were really friendly. It was a great location, close to a tram stop and train station, and a few cafe's/restaurants were just a short walk away. Would stay again if I need to be in that part of the city.
